PEOs are broad statements that describe the career and professional accomplishments that the program is preparing the graduates to achieve a few years after completion of the program. SOE RKU graduate students are expected to have:

PEO 1: Demonstrate fundamental engineering principles in real life practices and solving engineering problems.
PEO 2: Adhere themselves morally as well as ethically in their professional & social environment.
PEO 3: Demonstrate advanced practical skills and soft skills to enhance the state of their practice in day to day life.
PEO 4: Adapt new technologies and advancements to survive in the ever changing world.
PEO 5: Perform entrepreneurial skills.
POs are statements that describe what students are expected to know and be able to do by the time of graduation. The program outcomes are as follows:
Student has:
PO 1: An ability to apply knowledge of mathematics, science, and engineering.
PO 2: An ability to practice knowledge of engineering principles in one’s own work, as a member and leader in a team, to manage project in multidisciplinary environments.
PO 3: An ability to create, select and illustrate appropriate techniques, resources and modern analytical and engineering tool to identify, formulate and solve engineering problems.
PO 4: An ability to demonstrate a system, component or process to meet desired needs within realistic constraints such as economical, environmental and social boundaries
PO 5: An ability to communicate and social boundaries.
PO 6: An ability to conduct experiments, as well as to analyze and interpret data and provide a meaningful conclusion.
PO 7: An ability to understand the impact of engineering in a global, economic, environmental and societal context.
